Salty NUTS
 

Each night i reach for the salty peanuts and guzzle 4-5 mouthfuls from my mason's jar

DO you like salt peanuts?

in the 70s you bought them in pubs and the more you bought the more of the saucy lady you saw

I like lots of varieties of nuts I draw the line at hairy ones.

I always enjoy KP peanuts with a nice beer at the pub.

I love these as well but they are a mess if there’s no bin nearby. Shells go everywhere :laugh:

I prefer a fondue personally

i like a beer nut

I buy a big £6 bag from ASDA and once home when I'm ready to eat, I pour some into a plastic tub which acts as my bowl and bin :hee:

Total nightmare when you can't crack one open though

Yes they are good
but need Less Salt on them.

I always bought the little £1 bags from the Off Licence and I was always on the go so it was a nightmare.

Oh Yh I know they really make you work for your nut.

a while back at footy games there was always a man walking about the crowd (days of standing) selling peanuts

it's in a pubs interest to serve you as many salty nuts as they can

Yep used to sell them too

I absolutely DETEST all nuts BUT the wife was adamant that I should incorporate them in my diet so now I grind a couple of mixed nuts into a powder and mix into my daily bowl of porridge at supper .

Tastes rather nice actually

Can't stand peanuts but salted cashews are the ONE :clap1:

All that sodium is a bad idea at your age LT. Unsalted nuts are delicious :hee:.
