Bound to happen, stupid stupid names

The worst part is, it won't be people buying for themselves, it'll be parents and grandparents buying for kids! They won't find out that it's the wrong thing until Christmas morning. [emoji30]

Also aptly demonstrating why Sony's simple numbered system is the best way to go with these things. No confusion, everyone understands the concept that "the biggest number is the newest one".

I was just thinking how confusing those names were.

The 3rd generation Xbox being called the Xbox One was bad enough. Are they trollin'?

On Christmas morning, there really are going to be a lot of kids getting surprises :laugh:

I can't even bring myself to laugh - as a gamer kid, little Soldier would have been so gutted. Imagine it... you wake up early... it's Christmas morning... you get out of bed, teeth chattering... you open all the little presents, usual stuff, some newly released games for the new console! YAS the big present you were saving for last is definitely the console!!

... then it's the same one you already have and none of the games work. :bawling:

The only saving grace will be when they text their mates like "I'm sorry I can't join in guys... my parents bought an Xbox One X" all of them will be like "MINE TOO WTF!" :umm2:.

In the lockdown Christmas too, for good measure. I think parental stress this year will be even higher for the unfortunate ones.
