The Second Coming?

Right I've had enough of all this Covid ****e now. We need Christ to be reborn and kick Virus ass.

No I've not been in the drinks cabinet.

What would He think of the world today?

Niamh. 24-09-2020 04:01 PM

Nothing because he doesn't exist

He’s not real so It’s like asking what would Tinkerbell think of the world

The Slim Reaper 24-09-2020 04:04 PM

He deleted his account. Move on. :smug:

Tink would sprinkle the world with magic fairy dust that would disperse the virus. Job done.

“If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love
those who love them. And if you do good to those who are good to you, what
credit is that to you? Even sinners do that. And if you lend to those from whom
you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners,
expecting to be repaid in full. But love your enemies, do good to them, and
lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be
great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the
ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.

Luke 6:32-36
New International Version

“ Forgive me my weakness, but I don't know why
Without you it's hard to survive
'Cause every time we touch, I get this feeling
And every time we kiss I swear I could fly
Can't you feel my heart beat fast, I want this to last
Need you by my side
'Cause every time we touch, I feel the static
And every time we kiss I reach for the sky
Can't you hear my heart beat so I can't let you go
Want you in my life
'Cause every time we touch, I get this feeling
And every time we kiss I swear I could fly
'Cause every time we touch, touch, touch, touch, touch, touch, touch, touch, touch”

Cascada, 3:35

If it ever happened, all the Evangelicals and a sizeable chunk of the Christian community would oppose him because he would not justify their hate. If Jesus existed as he is written, he would probably be killed again.

This is the biblical viewpoint on sickness:

Every person who has ever been healed has died. Even Lazarus, the friend
Jesus raised from the dead, died again. The Bible makes no promise that our
present bodies, whatever their condition, will stay healthy or last forever. In
fact, the Bible promises something much more glorious: a new body, like our
present ones but also different, a body made for eternity.

We know that when this earthly tent we live in is taken down -- when we die
and leave these bodies -- we will have a home in heaven, an eternal body
made for us by God himself and not by human hands. We grow weary in our
present bodies, and we long for the day when we will put on our heavenly
bodies like new clothing. For we will not be spirits without bodies, but we will
put on new heavenly bodies. Our dying bodies make us groan and sigh, but
it's not that we want to die and have no bodies at all. We want to slip into
our new bodies so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by everlasting life. 2 Corinthians 5:1-4

he would be jewish for starters so he wouldn't gain much traction with the christian faithful. No power from the faithful and he would be impotent to stop the virus.

Luke 11:38

38 But the Pharisee was surprised when he noticed that Jesus did not first wash his hands before the meal.

He would get Moses on the blower to stop the plague.
