...so inspiration from Kate and ‘theme songs’ for the characters in her pantomime...if you could choose one song that would be a ‘life song’ for you..what song...?...


....mine, I’ve said many times and it’s a chosen ‘death song’ as well...Joni/Both Sides Now...

Whenever I'm sad or worried I feel a need to see the sea. Something about watching waves crashing calms me.....so I have always said I want Otis Redding Sitting on the Dock of the Bay as "my" song

...yeah, watching the sea can really bring worries/thoughts together, Annie...I don’t know, maybe watching the power of something that is beyond the ‘control’ of any of us, helps us to focus in looking at any of our worries etc that we could start to have control over in the removing layers of etc...so a beginning of the easing of those worries...

...a great life song as well that’s what we did through life...just sit on the dock of the bay...:lovedup:..

My Grandmother sang that to me she was a strong fan of the Lady, which I have become myself too.


I love your choice too.
I'm a mad fan of 60s music.
I was born way too late in the 90s, so through the music of that era I've discovered and love the period too.

Dock of the Bay is a really comforting song too, I'd call it comforting.
