Even the Lawyer for the Republicans has said Trump stands no chance in the courts and if he couldn't find proof of fraud on voting day he won't find any now

Fox has also turn on Trump in the last few days and are close to calling

273 as soon as they call PA. He's also still almost certain to take Nevada, and very possibly Georgia. Arizona might still go red.

But basically he has somewhere between 273 and 306. The more the better really, the further it is from 270 the less protect there will be.
