they wont as its a tiny fraction of the population.
id imagine people who forget to wear a mask are a far larger and more dangerous number and even more of a threat are people who wear a mask but dont cover their nose |
Its their choice not to have the vaccine but it will limit their chances of things like foreign travel I expect.
I think its a duty to wear a mask, they may not be bothered but other people are. Just selfishness in my opinion |
i think when a person finds out the cant do "x" because they dont have a certificate to say they have had it it will change many minds

I wonder what their thoughts on neededing vaccines to travel abroad?
|
The ones that believe Bill Gates is trying to spy on the population using vaccines actually need to be locked up for their own sake

You don't need full uptake to have a dramatic impact, and there should always be consent.
I think that's an important part of the debate to cling to. By all means, run convincing campaigns for maximum vaccine uptake... But if it becomes mandatory, we're heading down a very dark path. I don't think it's an issue though. Mass rollout - however you shake it - is going to be a several-year-long process just on a purely logistical level. It'll be a wait for healthy people who WANT one to be able to get one, let alone those opposed. I think there's a perception that we'll be able to roll out millions of doses over night. Unfortunately, we simply don't have the administration capacity for that. The nature of this Vaccine (complex storage, injection into the muscle, dosage etc.) means it needs to be given by a medical professional so having 20 million doses is all well and good, but if you don't have the available medical staff, the process is going to take time. |

Why is the clamour always to 'ban' things these days and rush in legislation against it. Combat misinformation with education instead, banning things just fuels conspiracy theories and from their view it just reinforces their point
|
Anti-vaxxers are just deeply stupid people and I don't think any kind of education will help them since they reject logic and science. They want to believe vaccines are harmful, so they will, if you show them proof otherwise, they'll cling to Facebook groups telling them they're right regardless of the facts.
You can't really do anything else to combat such stupidity then to ban the spread of their fake news. |
there s no actual evidence that the covid vaccines are safe yet, so, personally i think it's premature to ban all talk on them not being safe. The default position is that they are not safe until proven otherwise

There's a difference between having reasonable doubt about a new vaccine to spreading lies about a tried and true vaccine. |

As others have mentioned it will limit them when it comes to international holidays, I mean if they're genuinely concerned then I can see their point to a degree. But so far it seems to have no serious side effects .
So this vaccine has to be a good thing or atleast a breakthrough , I guess time will tell though. |

I blame the long discredited Professor Wakefield who falsified data to try and prove that the MMR vaccine causes autism.
It doesn't These anti vaxers are just disciples of that charlatan |
