i find this case very odd from start to finish. The house of lords changed their rules so that they could then retrospectively take action against him and they used phrases like on balance we think he did it .... i mean ... go for people abusing public office for sure, but this just feels contrived. They really do need to get their house in order

Isn’t he also awaiting a court appearance alongside his brothers for rape and indecent assault on children under 13, meant to have happened back in the 70’s in Rotherham?
