Anybody been following the Q/Qanon (conspiracy) theory?

When this pandemic happened in March, all of a sudden, Twitter went crazy with these people. I'd never heard of them before that, but I was interested with what they were saying. A lot of the stuff I read was far fetched, but there was 1 or 2 gems amongst it, that I believe needed to be answered.

It was like a film, everyday, I'd wake up and immediately go on twitter to see what was happening in Q world. They did a real number on Tom Hanks, Ellen DeGeneres and a few other celebrities. And then of course, Maxwell was arrested. and when you add the Prince Andrew drama, and a Worldwide pandemic, and things just seem not normal.

Now I didn't say I believed it, I actually more or less said the opposite.

I said it was entertaining, just like a film.

Did you see what they did to Ellen DeGeneres? They absolutely bombarded her twitter feed with some of the worst accusations I've ever seen. Tom Hanks, Madonna and many others got the same treatment, it was crazy stuff, but it was fascinating.

It honestly causes me despair that people legitimately bought into Qanon, it should be clear to everyone that it was a load of ****.

'Oh, everyone opposed to Trump is involved in some widespread peadophile ring and only Trump and his allies are opposing it! That makes sense! Let's just ignore common sense and go with this for a while!'

This has been going on in various forms since I started using forums/the interwebby back in 1999, under various names and guises. I do think there's been a large influx of Twitter bot accounts this year though - although they've always existed. Some days on various topics, if you keep an eye out for "the signs", you suddenly realise that a HUGE number of the posts are coming from bot accounts. During US election night for certain hashtags (e.g. #georgia, #pennsylvania) 90%+ were bot spam, it was crazy.

No they are not when the man on her right takes her arm it clearly moves to her side which wouldn’t happen if she were in handcuffs

Re the pandemic, its not like we haven’t had pandemics before, it’s like denying a World War could happen as there hasn’t been been one since 1945

Yeah, I sort of thought I saw that, but couldn't be 100% sure.

There is a video that someone did about this, and they claim that she was in handcuffs, but just before they help her into the car someone releases them and a key drops to the floor. Apparently they use zoom ins and what not. I can't see any key dropping to the floor.

Actually, I now do see something drop to the floor, not sure if it's a key though.
