Couldn't find the Heavy D dies forum thread, so I had to post here

PLEASE MOVE my respects to the appropriate place. Thanks.

I have to say I was shocked he died. Yeah he was a big overweight guy but he looked strong. That said he did seem to sweat a lot and I didn't think it was right for a man who was about 7 stone overweight to suddenly do physical training. Didn't he do boxing training. Can't see that being right.

I can't see that's a good idea while also drinking beer and eating chips. It would seem to me that would put a lot of stress on the heart. It seems it's likely he did died for a heart attack.

Very sad. :( RIP.

Marsh. 27-11-2020 02:21 PM

It is funny when a famous person either dies or develops a health condition and people suddenly know all the details of their diet and exercise regime.

It's the same in the Alison thread with everyone suddenly knowing which foods are her own issue.

Jake. 27-11-2020 03:00 PM

You have zero idea what led to his heart attack

There are general causes of a heart attack. Stress. Eating fatty foods and excess boozing. Smoking is bad too. As is Obesity. So whilst we do not know what led directly to his specific death. We all know what causes heart attacks. That is undeniable.
