Limted terms for people in politics would make it smell better. You should only be allowed to run as an MP once or twice.

I’d have well respected individuals with proven intelligence in charge of the country .. intellectuals and successful business people , scientists in charge of the health industry etc etc

Well, anybody could run for election, but it comes down to who the people choose.

Conservatives and Labour have messed up time after time after time, yet they still get people to vote for them on mass.

It’s been the same for decades .. I go back to the late 1950’s although I only started to take notice in the early 70’s ..

Corruption ~ what a surprise ! its absolutely everywhere, if they were all arrested councils would have loads of empty seats , so no change there. They all line their own pockets and its not a shock to anyone ~ is it ?

i think this was more serious than a back hander, they were threatening physical violence if the people didnt comply
