Underrated Christmas Songs
 

Post some “Christmas songs” that aren’t given the same love of the usual classics that come around each and every December.

I know they rightly get a lot of flak for their usual output, but I genuinely think this is one of the best Christmas songs of the past 25 years.



And Darlene Love is responsible for my two favourites of all time... wish she got as much radio plays as Wizzard/Slade/Wham et al.

Yes to Pretenders and Coldplay :clap2:

I never see this mentioned in any top Xmas song lists or anything but I think it's so evocative :flutter:

Also agree with both Pretenders and Coldplay songs, much better than Mariah Carey’s song

I think River by Joni Mitchell is underrated

This is probably my fave of all time. Something very melancholic about it, almost makes me teary.
