*pretends to be shocked.gif*

Jesy Nelson leaves Little Mix (remaining as a trio)

Don't think that will come as a surprise to many.

Ammi 14-12-2020 04:13 PM

.....awwww, she’ll be so missed by fans and the group members...but I’m so happy that she’s making the best decision for her well-being and putting herself first...Jesy......

Strictly Jake 14-12-2020 04:20 PM

Not shocked. Sad but not shocked

Amy Jade 14-12-2020 04:30 PM

I'm absolutely gutted ngl but support her decision

Little Mix's Jesy Nelson is to leave the group, saying being part of it has "taken a toll on my mental health".

Writing on Instagram, the 29-year-old said being in the band had been "the most incredible time" but it was now time to "embark on a new chapter".

The band announced on Twitter: "After an amazing 9 years together Jesy has made the decision to leave Little Mix.

"This is an incredibly sad time for all of us but we are fully supportive of Jesy."

The news comes a month after Nelson said she was taking an "extended" break from the pop group for "private medical reasons".

but it was now time to "embark on a new chapter".

Well... the music's been on the decline and she's probably saved up a goldmine, so fair enough from a pragmatic stance.

Amy Jade 14-12-2020 04:51 PM

Confetti was better than LM5 hows that a decline?

All these young people get pushed to work way too hard ~ its all about the money not the mental health ~ plenty of others in past have said same thing and nothing changes.
Good on her looking after herself and getting out of the pressure cooker !!

Yeah I don't endorse that user's posts, have them on ignore for a reason.

Its giving me Spice Girls teas, they will probably realise 1 album as a 3 piece then go their own way but I do feel Jesy is the only one who could have a successful solo career in music

The music was good, but it didn’t do well internationally like their other albums did

I love Jesy but I don’t think she has what it takes to make it huge solo. Perrie regardless will always do the best solo, Leigh-Anne could do well with the right sound/marketing.

I think Leigh-Anne will do much better going down the TV route possibly Strictly next year to start a career in TV

Jesy Nelson

Smithy 14-12-2020 06:39 PM

I don’t see her going solo, if she struggled under the magnifying glass being in a group, it’ll only be worse doing it on her own

GoldHeart 14-12-2020 06:50 PM

Was it all too much for her ? , I wonder what other things she'll do .

I would say they all have a chance should that happen.

Confetti has done just fine, for a British girl band.

America is the only place it really underperformed but look at the US chart on Spotify, they are firmly into utter trash from endless rappers.
