Yes but I think it’ll be 40+ (40*0) +1 because of the rules of BODMAS so the answer would be 41, as you have to do the multiplication first which would be 40*0 and then add the other 40 afterwards.. could be completely wrong :laugh:

40+40=80x0=0+1=1

It depends if we’re calling the second letter order or index. That’s nothing other than personal preference.

When long sums have no brackets to tell you the order you are meant to follow the BODMAS rules

using standard mathematical precedence it's 41

Precedence dictates that its 40 + (40 * 0) + 1 = 41
