Climate Change And Flash Flooding!
 

Hey. Hasd anyone been effected by the heavy rain and flooding today. Our area was one of the worst hit.. (not my village) but my school area. the whole building was flooded at the bottom and we had to be sent home at dinner, and buses called out. I'm hoping it stays closed for my birthday tommorow.

There has been videos and pictures taken of tornados in linconshire. and flooding everywhere. Its so aweful.

1 Man fell down a man hole trying to unblock it - it filled with water and he drown even though a rescue opperation took place. this was about 20 mins from where i live.

Anyone else been effected?

Yes, last week our school flooded and we had Monday off, and half days for the whole week, our school hall can't even be used until September it was that bad. It's raining again right now, been raining all day, I don't remember the last time I saw the sun! It's so depressing. A couple of weeks ago there was a tornado near a park by me. It's just random weather, does whatever it feels like.

LOL. Its really bad. I think it is all to do with global warming and stuff... i mean in england we arnt meant to get tornados. Its so weird. I cant wait until the sun shines and we get hot summer weather.

Lucky Yous! Here its not flooding so i doubt ours will be closed unless the heating messes up.

awww its all rumoured..... it might be it might not.... its not gonna be raining tommororw so i dont see why it shoukdnt be open coz i recon theyve swept all the water out.
