ITV must make him say Very Sorry - Fast

arista 24-01-2021 04:28 PM

[A spokesperson for ITV told MailOnline: 'This week Rufus Hound came into contact with someone outside of the show who tested positive for Covid 19.
This means, following government guidelines, he will isolate for ten days. We are hoping to welcome him back to the ice soon.'
'We continue to have a robust set of measures in place to operate safely within Covid-19 guidelines and to ensure the wellbeing of everyone connected with the production.'
Sources say he has tested negative for the coronavirus and is now isolating at home.
They added that while Rufus will have to isolate, his professional partner Robin Johnstone will not as she hasn't come into contact with anyone covid positive.
She will not appear on Sunday evening's show however.

It is currently unclear whether the skating duo will
return to the show once his isolation period ends.]

It was always public. He faced backlash when it first happened.

What exactly do you want them to do?

Amy Jade 24-01-2021 05:59 PM

Again, he made the tweet 4 years ago and apologised back then...why do people expect itv to do anything about it?

Amy Jade 24-01-2021 06:00 PM

Read the article. He did say sorry and explained himself.

He said it once, why should he say it 4 years later for people slow on the uptake?

They can read his apology from back then and move on to whinging about something else.

Amy Jade 24-01-2021 06:08 PM

Its laughable you think someone should have to apologise each time something they say is dredged up.

Its not Me
it is the Press Right NOW

parmnion 24-01-2021 06:20 PM

If a tweet from yesterday gets you in trouble(or in trump's case, from seconds ago)

Then all previous tweets should come into play.

It was pre-recorded last year so his current circumstances have no bearing on whether it is or isn't him.
