What do you look for most in your choice of winners?

Entertainment value is the most obvious.

I was the same with things like X Factor. I'd very rarely champion the best voice if they were just delivering boring vocals stood on a box belting Whitney or Celine

Depends on the show.

If it's a talent show, then talent obviously.

If it's a show like Big Brother, I want it to go to someone who's been a mix of "a good person" and "entertaining". I don't lean too much either way; I'm not going to vote for an "entertainer" that is an overbearing asshole with deep flaws in character.

Depending on the Show I normally choose between personality and talent.

Unless it's a Modelling Show I honestly don't get supporting a contestant purely because of how they look, because if they can't sing or dance very well or they have a bad personality then they're tanking the programme.

Yeah pretty much agree with this.

Reality TV imo is split into 2 categories, Talent shows where obviously I will be going for whoever I find most talented (or more my personal taste if it's singing etc) and shows like BB where I would usually go for someone who's entertaining, funny and mostly a decent person

I'd say all 3 .
But talent & personality is very important
