from any nation you must go into a hotel for 10 days solid.

This Flight only had 4 passengers going to Scotland

The rest can rebook and Fly to Manchester
take a train of car to Scotland
and no one can stop them.


Looks like the Scottish Strict rule
has a massive loophole.

they need to spend less time dancing to highland jigs and more time in school.
