Is it weird I was kind of rooting for Rebecca? I know I shouldn't because she's done some really bad things :laugh:

I presume there will be a Season 2, there was a lot of loose ends, with Megan sending off Hannah's hair sample, the knowledge that there can be more than "one", Kate's love triangle and of course Rebecca is still getting away with it.

Kind of a thought provoking idea though, it's a bit uncomfortable I think the whole thing, really taking the whole social aspect out of relationships and building love which is what I would have always considered real love hhmm

...I’m not sure how I felt about it, I loved it and hated it...:laugh:...I was sometimes rooting for Rebecca as well until she showed that she had deliberately killed Ben...the concept was interesting because there was only one ‘the one’ apparently but it all seemed to be a physical attraction more and not accounting for complete differences in values etc...Rebecca was really money/poser motivated but Mateus was completely family motivated...

...I hate so much that Mark cheated on Hannah with Megan after he had chosen to be with Hannah...god damn Megan’s from overseas...

tbf Hannah drew all that **** on herself by being a bit crazy but you couldn't help but feel bad for her either and I was so glad Mark chose her but then he went and ruined it. You know, that's what I meant earlier when I said building love, like when he got his biopsy results the person he wanted to be with him was Hannah, like you say the "One" stuff is very physical, is that actually "love" or lust?

...yeah, Hannah did begin that whole thing, I know...because she loved him so much that it brought out her deepest fears of losing him and also her curiosity of knowing what his ‘one’ would be like, how they would compare...so I know that she was the catalyst but she was also the one that I could relate to because curiosity etc..mind you, I wouldn’t have done the sports bra bit, that was really quite creepy when you think...:laugh:..I didn’t like that line near the end and that concept of there only being one, one for everyone...what if for whatever reason, someone wasn’t able to be with their one...what if they died for instance, as Mateus did...so you would be excluded from that type of ‘ultimate contentment’ as was being portrayed for your whole life..I mean, I know the ‘one’ wasn’t required for happiness but you know what I mean...so many people before the concept had found happiness we’re led to believe ...and there would have been children to those relationships/marriages etc...but then so much unhappiness and broken families for what essentially to me felt like more a physical thing...like having a love potion/a spell of attraction, type thing....

Yeah I did really like Hannah too, even though she was a bit loco :laugh: and of course you would be curious, her mistake was ever mentioning her to Mark. Well her mistake was finding her in the first place but yeah, she got too curious

Yeah the "One" is a stupid idea which I never believed in anyway, that and love at first sight
