Favourite vs. least-favourite (non-human) animals

I’ll start with dolphins vs. rats/mice (can’t stand the pests). You?

Kate! 09-04-2021 12:57 AM

Favourites Cats Dogs Giraffes Seals Penguins Koalas and more

Least Wasps and Spiders

Gstar 09-04-2021 01:08 AM

Favourite: Cats/Dogs - Ability to provide affection and companionship to humans, also useful in other areas (guide dogs, police dogs etc.)

Least favourite: Crocodiles/Alligators - Mean and horrible towards just about any living thing it sees, absolutely despises humans. They come across as extremely grumpy animals, every wild animal avoids going near them, I understand they’re useful during dry seasons but idc they’re terrifying, horrible and I think they’re really ugly

Nicky91 09-04-2021 08:03 AM

Favourite: Sharks, Crocodiles, Dogs, Lions

Least Favourite: mosquito's, wasps

Niamh. 09-04-2021 09:26 AM

Strictly Jake 09-04-2021 02:15 PM

Fave Sea Turtles
Least Seagulls

Daniel-X 09-04-2021 05:13 PM

Favourite: Dogs - any dog too more or less besides the odd horrid one you come across. We aren’t worthy of dogs in this world.

Least: Snakes - ****ing vile things, the look of them enough makes me feel ill.

I love loads of animals tbh, penguins, polar bears, horses, rhinos, even the creepy crawlies that I can’t bare to be around are fascinating when learning about the different species and how they live in their environments.

My least favourite however would be gnats, cockroaches and maybugs.

Redway 09-04-2021 08:37 PM

I’m surprised no one else said rats/mice.

Beso 09-04-2021 08:48 PM

Least is wasps..but that's an insect...that cow that eats her **** buddy is as well after doing the deed, is as well...so I cant chose them

Animals.donkeys or zebra or any wild horse are horrid beasts if they kick or bite you...so I dont like them

My favourite can only be dog.

Kazanne 09-04-2021 10:54 PM

I did miss elephants off my list,I adore them

Jessica. 10-04-2021 09:47 AM

I appreciate living things, I think they have just as much purpose as we do.

I don't like mosquitos or lice or fleas, destructive to other living things without adding anything to the planet themselves.

well that's nature, my dear

did you know both Crocodiles and Alligators have got multiple ways to kill their prey, and their most lethal one is called a ''death roll'' almost always fatal

of course they are mean, but you just gotta pay close attention when caring for them, feeding them (they eat anything at crocodile farms, chicken/lamb/pork)

also in the wild whenever they recently had layed their eggs, they will remain near the nest for a longer time to protect that, when their babies are born they immediately follow the parents into the water more like safer to be around parents than staying in nest while parents are out for food, as babies they are easy prey so they need 24/7 protection then as well

i find them interesting animals, as for their skin is soooo thick like a leather armor, even vets cannot sometimes get their needle through, they would need precision for sedating, administering medicine with a vain between those leather skin you got gaps

Niamh. 10-04-2021 02:29 PM

I agree Nicky, they're so prehistoric looking, one of the closest things to Dinosaurs

Favourites are cats/big cats and dogs.

The only animal I can think of that I don't like, is wasps.

What are the multiple ways? I know the biting one, but I don't remember hearing about alligator knife crime.
