anyone out with a gun in the early hours of the morning is asking for trouble, whether it be the police or someone else. You don't have a gun in your hand unless you intend to use it

Although he had a gun imo in the footage released he did not and had his hands raised in surrender so why did they shoot?

I dont think the law enforcement agent was sitting at home looking at a YOu tuvbe video at the time - that is a luxury we all have

No he didn't have the gun, he had done as told and stopped, and shown them his empty hands.

True...but he did originally have a gun. Perhaps a carrier and therefore a used black kid by his elders..one used to transport a gun for a quick 20 bucks.

...this exactly from the vid that has been released...if it was believed that the child had a gun then what was the purpose of asking to see his hands and then shooting to kill the moment he did just that and showed them his hands...the child was shot dead just 19 seconds after the officer had exited his car...an officer who has pledged to protect, a child who did what was asked of him and showed his hands and was then shot dead../..a family who will never see their child again, it’s just too sad and too wrong...

....this is an article that just came up on my newsfeed ...as it’s related, I’ll post it...I’m never totally familiar with American News people and shows etc so I’m not familiar with Sean Hannity but I feel that I’ve seen vids on here from time to time in topics... anyway the premise of the article is that Sean Hannity apparently described Adam Toledo as a ‘thirteen year old man’ because it’s said he was armed...but he’d previously described Kyle Rittenhouse who had travelled across state lines with and unlicensed AR-15 and shot two people dead as “a little boy trying to help his community”...
