Predict the Eurovision 2021 winner (poll)
 

With just over a month to go until the semi-finals begin, I just thought it'd be nice to have a poll, plus a thread where I can read more than 2 posts per page because of someone drowning it out with ill-informed nonsense that I have on ignore :love:

The poll will be in order of the odds-on favourites... so whilst there will be a 25th "other" option, it's unlikely any of the others are going to win, apparently. Has there ever been an instance of someone with "no chance" according to the bookies, winning? Or even making top 5? Then again, these are all largely hypothetical since we haven't really seen much of how these songs will be performed live, or staged, etc.

kinda unpredictable for me this year, i'll wait with vote in this poll until rehearsals

have a few i really adore at the moment Serbia, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, France those are among my personal faves


but i also really respect the entries from UK, Ireland again :clap2:


honorable mention for Bulgaria, since VICTORIA seems so sweet, her song feels so current either (very taylor swift folklore/evermore style this one)



Georgia somehow i can see older people digging this one, those who are into Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan sort of sound



Cyprus is so a big no for me, its empty (a shame they ignore Hatzigiannis recent times, he has been slaying hit after hit recently again, and his work now is better than his 1998 entry, far better)

if he comes to rotterdam, otherwise his bit will just be awkward


if he is on stage with Senhit, it can be a magic moment i think, his performing skills (which i know because i am a fan of his work) are just dope

France won't get a televote, people are allergic to voting for Malta and Switzerland will have the "Duncan Laurence 2.0" if he's behind his piano even though they're not similar.

real dark horse for me is Belgium, Geike's live is really awesome, her stage presence is just wow, also where they lacked charisma with Luka in 2020, they ooze charisma this year

i still think they could at least have a ''anouk moment'' going back to the final again after few messy nq's
