Why did he not arrest her for being racist?

it was more of a carpet insult fest to be fair. I don't think she finished one sentence that wasn't offensive

I don't see the issue with releasing this footage, we can't sugar coat that this police officer is being racially abused by ignoring it :shrug:

it's necessary to publish body cam footage to give a more balanced representation of what police deal with every day. The more they publish the better i think
