the inquiry has no teeth, he doesn't have to answer any questions he doesn't want to, it's already been determined that he didn't break any rules. So, the inquiry can only recommend changes in the future, it can do nothing that affects David Cameron in past dealings

After watching him today.
Perhaps Dennis Skinner terming him ' dodgy Dave ' was very appropriate.
When he did in the Commons and was thrown out for it on the day.
