Uber Eats refusing to refund for a driver stealing my order
So yesterday I orded some stuff from Asda worth about £20 and the deiver came with the bag ripped open with just lettuce and cucumber in the bag and said that's how he received it but Asda said they sent the full order when I contacted them.
I spoken to Uber and they have refused to refund or look into the theft and keep saying I should rate the performance so they can improve. Anyone any ideas what I can do? |
I've never used them but do you pay with Paypal? If so I would raise a complaint through them and you will probably get a refund
|
don't use uber eats again

Wrong type of weak shopping bag.

He knows you should be a vegetarian :clap1:

Uber’s customer service is honestly ridiculous.
|
These sort of companies aren't great. Just eat was alright until recently and orders starting taking at least an hour and a half to arrive and the customer service lines and chat etc is beyond awful. I've realised ringing the takeways you like direct it's tons cheaper too!!

if your sales contract was with uber eats, its not for asda to do anything. eats should refund you and then they can sort it out between themselves and asda.
if they refuse to refund you, go on their social media and mention it and see what happens |
