Manchester Arena Inquiry

I don't know if anyone else has been watching this public enquiry on YouTube.

It has been going since last year.

Shocking incompetence by professionals involved.

Just to name a few....

The terrorist was spotted days prior to the attack, presuming laying ground word. A member of the public reported this to security staff. Security staff told a British Transport Police officer who then didn't follow it up and the terrorist, Saldam Albedi (sp?) got on a train and left.

Manchester Arena security staff never checked the Mesene area, where there happened to be a blind spot, during regular checks. This is where Saldam spent sometime before detonation.

The Force Duty Officer (in control) purposely didn't declare operation plato (Plato being the procedure to follow in the event of such attack which only allows certain personal to enter scene until deemed safe) to the fire and ambulance crews as he knew this would stop people being treated.

Confusion over RVP points.

NWFC (Fire) did not attend the scene until two hours after the explosion.

Only one paramedic entered the city room where the explosion had gone off.

Under resourced (they were using make shift stretchers and railing which had fire attended they could have assisted)

I could go on.

Shameful

Not just security.

There was a huge lack of communication between the emergency services known as 'JESSIP'.
