What's your favourite day of the weekend?
Is the anticipatory build-up to the weekend (Thursday evening to Friday afternoon) the most exciting part for you or does your favourite part come later on (e.g., Sunday)?
|
Some people might wonder why I included Thursday but I just feel like that weekend anticipation starts for a lot of people around then (probably because you know you've got Friday and the actual weekend to look forward to).

Friday

I've always loved Sundays.
|
I always loved Friday's from being a child
|
The best day is clearly Saturday. Fridays are one of my busiest days (Monday busiest, then Friday) and Sundays it’s “back to work tomorrow”…
|
As soon as work is done on a Friday I'm on cloud 9.

Well not Thursday that just drags. Friday is my favourite. It's usually a pretty chilled day at work plus we have a bit of a movie evening with the kids before bed and then have wine and snacks and Gogglebox etc. Saturday is alright just the kids tend to get very noisy and annoying and we all end up arguing but the evenings are good. I hate Sundays

Sundays (basically our one big rest day in the whole week)
also the day we just have a easy meal, usually bread day but sometimes pizza's or bistro oven breads + the day when we got most sport games on tv |

Is it that ridiculous for people to have more than one day off in the week?
|
i would think most people are fed up not working and are happy to be back at work

Now that I’m retired, all days are good, get up between 09.00 and 09.45, coffee and watch the news, then switch to mango juice. Nurse another coffee and mull over having a cereal breakfast, or leave it until midday and have eggs Benedict and peppers for brunch. Between all these decisions, doze off on the couch, dreaming that Emily Ratajkowski will be straddling me when I wake up, saying, “Come on Tireur mon brave, you know that you want to.” |
