Customer Service
How much chances do you or would you give a company to sort out an error? (if they are to blame)
I'm dealing with a company at the moment, I ordered a full house of blinds supplied and fitted, my windows are huge, every one of them so it was expensive and what I would see as a good sale for the company. I chose to pay in full on the day I ordered rather than a deposit then final payment, anyway I got my blinds and I'm pleased with them but on the day they were being installed the fitter noticed they had manufactured and sent him with two bathroom blinds instead of a kitchen one, he said he would be back the following day with the correct kitchen blind, fast forward over a month and me messaging almost every day, given 4 different days and times for it to be fitted and no one has appeared every time. The person replying to the me is fully apologetic and keeps arranging different appointments but I'm waiting in every time and like I said still no kitchen blind  So what would you do? I'm so tempted to post on their social media as its really active but I don't want to be that person [emoji23] I do want my bloody blind though :fist: |

Might be better to phone the person give them a date you want the work done by or ask for a full refund this should make them complete the job |
i think you can be polite to them on social media. Say something like you have been waiting a while now without resolution. That way they will know that you could drop a bomb there if they dont sort it out
|
tell them to get their finger out or its curtains!

To be honest there is no customer service anymore once they get your money it’s banging your head against a brick wall
I’d want to speak to the owner or the top person because people lower down will just rob you off or cover up their mistakes |
Can josy give up a update as I won't be able to sleep till i find out
|
It's been over a month, I'd post on their social media, companies seem to react to that......

I was in L.A. in the very early eighties, with another London taxi driver, just two guys having a ball in California and Nevada, drinking too much bourbon and chasing too many women. My friend had a Triumph TR6 back home, and he kept noticing them in California with unusual wheel trims. We went to a British Leyland dealer in L.A. to try and buy a set, but they only had 3 in stock, so the clerk asked where we were staying. That night he came to our hotel on the P.C.H. with a set of 4. My friend paid him and offered him $20 as a thank you for going the extra mile. He refused the tip, he just said, “Remember where you got them, and tell your friends.” |
