ReFreeze The Arctic a hi tec new plan

[Could a Ł400bn plan to refreeze the Arctic
before the ice melts really work?]

Yes it could give us 30 years

[Research at Edinburgh University has proposed that if the clouds
over the Arctic in summer are sprayed with sea-water,
the salt in it would make the clouds whiter.
This would reflect the sun's heat and the ocean waters
below them would start to refreeze.]
