anti-vaxx solicitor posts vids saying dont be scared of Covid then DIES

Cambridge-educated anti-vaxx solicitor, 58, recorded video saying Covid 'is
nothing to be afraid of' and explaining why he is still against the vaccine - nine
days before dying from the disease
  • Solicitor Leslie Lawrenson, 58, died at his Dorset home in July, days after releasing vlogs telling viewers having Covid-19 'was nothing to be afraid of'
  • Recording his reaction to the symptoms, he says Covid is 'no worse than a cold'
  • A Cambridge University graduate, Leslie had no underlying health conditions
  • He previously refused a vaccine because he believed he 'did not need' one
  • Wife, Amanda, admitted he made 'terrible mistake' and paid the 'ultimate price'

Leslie had no underlying health conditions and had previously refused his
vaccine because he believed he 'did not need it' and instead placed his faith
in his immune system.

Well I'm not going to laugh about someone dying but I think it's silly to follow this line of thinking that Covid isn't dangerous and the whole thing is some mad conspiracy

Shaun 05-08-2021 03:15 PM

presumably, all don't smoke, drink, take drugs or eat processed meat or palm oil-based products, dont use deodorant containing aluminium and dont drink fizzy drinks with sweetner?

or i bet they do all of the above

bots 05-08-2021 03:49 PM

the problem is that these people just aren't logical, it won't change the way any of them think

Vanessa 05-08-2021 03:51 PM

It's nothing like the cold.
People need to be careful, especially if they're not vaccinated.

I think that the Media giving mixed signals on how deadly Covid is hasn't been helping.

I know that they've been more consistent as of late, but the Tories also kept playing it down how deadly Covid was early on and I think that both factors have made a lot of people think that Covid is "no big deal."

Well all of the main ones like BBC News and Daily Mail etc were saying "it's no different to a Flu" to now agreeing with the Government about how important it is to be Vaccinated.

To me these Media outlets should've been drumming home how serious Covid was from the very start, rather than just doing it now because the Tories are finally starting to take the disease more seriously.

Edit... I know that the elderly have to get Flu jabs, I'm talking about for the rest of us.

If the government got their finger out from the beginning, then we definitely wouldn't be in such a confusing mess that's for sure.

But the silly conspiracy theories don't help, and now with the virus mutating i think it's clear this is life now stuck with covid, with us all having to cope.

…this is obviously so filled with ironies and so very sad and tragic…his decisions were his own but the impact of those decisions were not a ‘lone’ thing in the impact on his family and their grief and their life without him now….a loss so huge and felt by many in his life…</3…

Hear this a lot from the US - people going into hospital very ill and asking for the vaccine thinking it works as a cure that you can take after you get ill... completely misunderstanding how they work... and being shocked when they find out it's far too late.

But the daftest thing is - I would bet that many (maybe most) of those who get into that situation and pull through STILL don't get vaccinated afterwards. They'll say, "I've had Covid now so what's the point" and still believe it's full of nanites.

Some people just have that mindset

Being debated

This sad case of Leslie

and

[John Eyers, 42, of Southport, Merseyside
Father-of-one had thought he would only
have a 'mild illness' if he got Covid-19
and didn't want a vaccine
But he died after suffering from infection
and organ failure,
telling consultant he regretted not getting jab]

He made a decision and it didn't pan out. Hope he didn't manage to encourage any other people not to take the vaccine.

Anti-vaxxer club boss, 56, dies of Covid after mocking people for getting
'experimental' vaccine and warning of 'big pharma' conspiracy in hundreds of
Facebook messages

  • David Parker, 56, died at a hospital in Darlington on Monday despite having no underlying health conditions
  • He contracted virus just weeks after condemning vaccine and pharmaceutical companies in Facebook posts
  • Family of Mr Parker, who worked as a nightclub manager, are said to now be urging everyone to get the jab
  • It follows John Eyers, a fit and healthy 42-year-old father, dying of Covid last week after refusing the vaccine

I’d be pretty certain he has .

He’s a club owner so it’s unlikely he was a shy , introvert type .

You can just imagine him bragging that he spent all his time inside his club with hundreds of people and ‘I’m all right “ ..

It mentioned in the article that he mocked everyone who took the vaccines

Just my take on things

I don’t think you can blame the staff for spreading the virus tbh

We still don’t know enough about how it spreads ..

I saw a foreign report 12 months ago where the microbiologist said they’d done extensive tests that showed that many of the virus particles travelled well over 4 metres in the air ...

That’s why I’ve been so careful/scared since .

I can blame nhs staff and doctors for spreading covid on wards that should of been free from covid

My mum caught covid on a ward and died the investigation into how covid was bought onto the wards found it was spread by staff using phones computers and eating in the staff canteen

Marsh. 07-08-2021 03:00 PM
