[The deaths of a police officer and his
three-year-old son are being treated
as a murder-suicide, police have said.

David Louden, 39, and his son Harrison
were found at their home in Kidderminster on Friday.

West Mercia Police said following
post-mortem examinations it was
now treating Harrison's death as murder,
while its own officer was thought to have killed himself.
The force confirmed nobody else was
being sought over the deaths.]

This is sad,
that 3 year year child
did not have to die as well.

Last Friday this was on all news

"treated as unexplained"
I knew this was going to be horrid.

This story is just dreadful ...I’m wondering if it will turn out to be his way of hurting his wife / partner for some reason

I guess until we know the facts we cant make any judgement. Anyone contemplating suicide is in a very dark place....but why they deny others their life thats what I find hard to understand.

Oh yes, me too... really difficult to understand. Although one of our friends went through a terrible divorce, he couldn't see his son and to make sure, she made claims of sexual assaults on the boy by his dad. Despite doing all he could through the courts, and with a pro bono lawyer, he is now allowed to see his son till his 18. How he came through it to be relatively "normal", I'll never know.

False claims of sexual assault/harassment are among the worst false accusations and lies you can tell about a person.
