Do they film all of the big brother shows like little brother,big mouth, on the same area?

Yep, The actually BB House is just at the back of the Channel 4 Studios, all the other shows for BB they film inside the studios.

But I think next year they are putting the BB house in a new location.

the bb house isnt outside c4 headquarters!
its in hertforshire!
and other spinoff shows are rigth nearby.

It's down the road from the EastEnders set.

Yep the contract is about to expire. There is still the possibility of it being extended though.

I hope Big Brother never moves away from Elstree.

Its all in Elstree/Borhamwood. The BBLB/BBBM/Eviction Set are across a small road in the Elstree Television Studios. The BBLB Set is next to where Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and Dancing On Ice are filmed.

No one has confirmed this Hammersmith move at Channel 4 or Endemol.

Now Elstree has been taken over by a new management I think that Big Brother has a better chance of staying at it's current location.

I Love there set up at elstree because what they can do there
But maybe moving to a new location could open new possiblities like davina presenting the show futher from the house so noise issues are less of a problem (a bit like bb1 and 2). I Suppose change is good

Next Series It Moves To Hammersmith (In London (I Think)) And Aparently The House Will Be Much Bigger And There Is A Possiblility There Will Be An Upstairs Aswell

I don't mean actually next door... but the Tesco(Or other big name supermarket, might be Asda or something) car park backs onto the BB studios set.
