[The charity said that Mr Fawcett – arguably the Prince’s most
trusted aide – had ‘offered to step down temporarily’ while
its trustees investigate as former
Palace officials noted his departure
was 'an earthquake' to the future King]

It's hard to believe all this was done behind Charles back and if it was, is he really fit to be King as he took this guy back 3 times I believe after wrongdoings?

We need to bypass Charles and go straight to William who I believe will make a great King.

Hmmm...some abuse of position certainly seems to have happened here. Also, it says the ceremony was private and not published in the calendar so would seemingly seem to suggest it wasn't as upfront as it should be. Whether Charles was aware, who knows but he should have been

That would be the ideal solution. He would have time to settle into the role whilst still young enough to have a successful reign.

Yes I think Charles is stuck in a time warp. We need a modern King with his adorable wife and family at his side who can appeal to all generations.

A modern Prince can multi task if he has to...

Charles has been using his position for his own benefit all his life. I'm not surprised at all

A corrupt, self serving high level royal? Well I never!

Agreed! They are such assets to the institution. William is such perfect King material, Kate is gorgeous, dignified with such a lovely unassuming personality - and how beautiful are those children?

He probably won't be called King Charles. He could be called King Phillip or King Arthur or King George VII
