This is another example of how politics is utter bollox .

These huge reshuffles putting people in charge of things they know nothing about ..then when it all fails have another reshuffle .

Imagine going to see a reformed Oasis in concert ... with Liam on drums , Noel on lighting , the lighting engineer singing lead vocal ...
