I'd imagine the pressure of Strictly can be intense. |

Adam dipped last week although I haven't been greatly impressed with him up to now anyway. The routines haven't been all they could have, for me anyhow. From my own family and those I discuss Strictly with. I've never come across such massive enthusiasm after a dance, like I've heard re John and Johannes Paso Doble. It was really brilliant in my view, a continuous and packed routine. It will be interesting to see how things go this weekend again too. I had some hopes for Tilly but she does good though not with that sparkle needed. Somehow I think Judy and Dan may struggle again. However, this series is really one of the strongest ever for me as to Strictly. The faults are few really and seem to not affect the routines at all. My gripe is when what the dance is and when it's NOT done at least in a major part how it ought to be. Yes, if they must have segments of a variation, fine, however stick to the disciplines of the dance too mostly too. |

The people who have Latin will likely score less. Apart from Rhys, who I expect will dance a great salsa. Rose will also do great, but won't be a high score. |

How in the week 10s were being dished out, then she didn't get one for that hauntingly beautiful routine she did last weekend, is beyond me. |

I liked Tilly's Charleston, but that's been about it so far for her. And John & Johannes so far for me have been so incredibly consistent, I can definitely understand why people are starting to hype them up, especially after the Paso performance (which I can understand why your friends & Family have rated that dance highly) it'll be a shame to see that consistency ruined on Saturday if the American Smooth goes wrong. And I agree with you that the dances by and large should always have basic steps that need to always be followed, I never understand it when people do a dance and then don't recreate the dance at all. |
Ugo unable to dance this week, so he will get free pass to next week
some back problems, needs one week of rest get well soon :fc: |

They're not having much luck this year with the show.
|
at least both aren't COVID related (and one of which might be just temporary) so it means the protocols are working fine, better than DOI
maybe better for Ugo to have a waltz, foxtrot back to back up next if he is able to continue to give him more rest |
guest performers for next few weeks
week 4 this sunday: Westlife week 5 next sunday: Craig David, MNEK week 6 is halloween week |
the show of tonight starts at 7:10 PM UK Time
if all goes to plan, we should have two weeks of 11 couples then and if Ugo yesterday already said he's going to return, i don't think his back problem is that severe but indeed just a standard procedure i believe him since he knows best of course (good on production having these standard procedures then anyway) Quote:

Wow Tilly that was a strong Paso.
|
Craig being a tit again ~ not hard ~ when you're Craig.
|
It seemed tame from Tilly and Nikita after last week and the powerful Paso doble from John and Johannes.
However I thought Tilly would struggle with it, how wrong was I, it was a strong performance definitely. |
John and Johannes are so good together . Looking forward to seeing more of them.

Crazy to think how if they’d have had a vote in Week 1 Sara would be long gone by now…
