Murder & abuse is always evil ,but it makes it worse when it's innocent children who haven't had a chance to live a full life .

Karma would be his having a stroke which leaves him fully paralyzed, but still mentally active, and living a looooong life in that state.

He was found guilty of murdering two nine-year-old girls
