There would be no animals killed or used for food or sport,litter wouldnt be dropped everywhere and vet bills would be free for pensioners and children would be taught manners and respect.

Actually all of these I'd like to think I'd want to see change too as well.

In addition, I'd make the law and real justice available to everyone.
Free of cost.

Justice shouldn't be able to be influenced by power or be able to be bought to avoid it.

Justice not being conditional on wealth or status as a fair amount of it can be now.
