How sensitive are you to external stimuli?
 
And by that I mean if having the lights either on or off (as an example) would likely influence your energy and overall vibe (e.g., would a darkened room automatically make you feel sleepier or would you still shoulder on as best as you ordinarily would).

Yeah I can tune out very easily too, if I'm in the car and have the radio on half the time I have no idea what they've been talking about I get so lost in my own head.

Not sure exactly if that what you mean though?
