There could be many reasons. You could be skint or just be someone who doesn't donate to charities, there's two reasons why you wouldn't right there.

Would you prefer for your donation to go to some homeless veteran to help them out through hardtimes or would you like the homeless veteran to have to share it with a diversity manager?

I think when football teams all do "the Last post" before the games this weekend, and the war heroes are paraded out to the crowd to be thanked for their service and sacrifices, that the diversity managers should be paraded with them. Instead of wearing military uniform, they can wear their designer suits.
