I'm sorry Nicky but I didn't get your song choice. It didn't suit a jive. Plus it really isn't a floorfiller.

Kazanne whilst your song wasn't the best for a salsa it's most definitely a 90s floorfiller.

Why is Kazanne song in the dance off? It's an absolute banger! And one of the songs I used to dance to in my clubbing days :dance:
I like Nicky's song, but I don't think it's suited to a jive.
So I save Kazanne, "What is love" makes a great salsa .

say what if it is not for a Jive, shuffle is also kinda where Jive relates from as well as lindy hop

Sorry Nicky - I didn't know the song either and the theme was floor fillers... :worry:... so it's not about music knowledge. For a floor filler I feel that any Toy, Parm or Barry on the street needs to immediately recognise the tune and be on their feet.

Kazanne - while I don't think it fit for a Salsa at all, I can't argue with the song being a floor filler.

So my vote has to go to Kazanne.

I knew the song alright but it wasn't one that people rushed out on to the dance floor in Nightclubs when it came on

That one was certainly a floor filler

A "floor filler" (to me) is something that stood the test of time and if it came on in a club today, would still fill the floor and everyone would know the song...
