A CNN reporter was by some Turkeys on a UK farm
some were invading her pockets
she clapped her hands
all the Turkeys made their sound
that was funny.

Do you know that if you clap your hands it stops a monkey attacking you.

What if I just want a gobble

You still enjoy stuffing that old bird

Aw arista its such a shame so many end up on plates,they deserve life as much as our pets do they are all living sentient beings.

I don't know how some people can go to these turkey farms and pick out which turkey they want killed for their Xmas dinner. Gross.

i haven't had a turkey in years ..... i prefer to pick out a cow for the festival

It does seem cold and certainly not something I could do but I can't say a lot as I do eat chicken and fish and they were living at one point too. My son really wants to go vegetarian and is considering if he can give up his rare McDonalds treats for ever :laugh:

No, though the only meat/fish I eat now is the occasional steak or salmon, mostly I live on soups, pasta, rice, vegetables, etc.
You can't beat the likes of a big bowl of minestrone soup and crusty bread. :hee:
