DAN WOOTTON: Making Brit awards gender-neutral will do women no
favours and is yet another woke surrender to a hysterical minority

The ludicrous and dangerous decision appears to have been made after two years of
handwringing since triple Brit winner Sam Smith declared they were non-binary and thus
unable to enter either the British Female or British Male categories

Apparently going gender neutral has done females no favors at the grammys

At least Sam Smith will be happy I suppose

The women have been out performing men at the Grammy in the more popular awards

listening to a female vocalist is a completely different experience to listening to a man. It makes no sense to me at all to lump them all together.

If Sam Smith sings like a woman, then put them in the womens section or vice versa

I cannot believe I found myself agreeing with India Willoughby this morning, yeah once again it sounds a bit unfair for females/ women.

It's interesting though that a female pop group finally won at the Brits this year with little mix ,and now awards are going 'neutral'.
