Pretty soon the only people who'll see a doctor are the terminally ill and those who belong to the same golf club as him. I'm assuming that HRT is like any other drug/hormone... the dose will vary from person to person. Who's going to do that? I imagine in years to come, surgeries will be standing empty while there are massive queues to see the pharmacist.

I would imagine it will be the doctors receptionist, and they just take the phone off the hook when they are too busy
