he is filming cars and stuff in that video without covering up number plates. So he is potentially putting real people at risk from terrorism.

He is basically being an arse

The TV sometimes films cars without covering up number plates, "Pimp my ride" comes to mind. I never knew that "Pimp my ride" was putting people at risk from terrorism.

Why would there be terrorism? Do you know some terrorists or something?

He was going about his business doing nothing illegal when he was approached by an interfering cop. That's why he does this, to show how the Police are abusing their powers and harassing people for going about their daily business. The Police are there to protect and serve the people, not accuse them of crimes they haven't committed. You may want an authoritarian Police state but most of us don't.

specifically number plates of private cars belonging to police. It's a serious security issue

If it was that serious of an issue then they wouldn't leave them in public view.

A terrorist has the ability to just walk by and write down a registration number if they so wished. So why is it only an issue when someone is filming? Let's face it, it's just paranoia isn't it?

You can't go around harassing people just going about their business because of your own personal paranoia, the Police have no authority to do that, and this is what he highlights.

Then it's up to the police force to provide sealed off parking not visible to the public.

Let's face it, you could go on google street view and see the same cars
