Alf, are you familiar with the concept of chain of custody? If you are going to use something as evidence, you have to prove that the item was never in the hands of a third party, something that is pretty basic stuff

There's also the issue that Hunter Biden is not Joe Biden, and Trump supporters have always been quick to point the same out in relation to the Trump brood's activities and blunders.

THere's not much to say about that election really ... complete cluster****. Biden was never a good candidate, Trump was running a massive misinformation campaign, none of the media was offering anything resembling unbiased reporting. I think the world prematurely thought that Biden was the answer to Trump but it was clear within a few months that Biden (to just be totally blunt) is elderly. Not just "old", but elderly. He should be retired.

Yups. Say what you want about how they compare as people, but Biden really hasn't been a better President than Trump. No media outlet is or should be obligated to give even or fair coverage, but Shmoe Average really had no chance of getting a clear picture of the election.

The Politicians and their associates aren't the ones I'm expecting to hear the truth from. They're presumed the the criminals here, criminals lie. Now the media on the other hand.

Twitter and Facebook actually censored reporting this at the time because it was apparently disinformation lol, I do agree with Alf here that it's all very shady and will just fuel a lot of people's distrust of the media and big tech companies

That laptop was found in a shop, someone had put it in there. My guess would be they wanted it to be found. Did Hunter himself put it in there? Did he want it to be found? Did he want out of the corruption? Is he signing like a canary?

american politics is a mess, i think we all agree on that. The problem is (like here) there are no good options available anymore. There is no easy answer to it either, in fact i don't think there is one at all

Coverage aside, Trump's handling of the pandemic basically gift-wrapped the election to Biden... Now he seems determined to repay the favour :joker: even if Kommula Harris is the candidate, she's probably (seen as) too pro-cop to skate by on her skin colour. And even then, she's more of the same-old-same-old that Hillary represented. People voted for Trump in 2016 because they believed he'd bring real change. Did he live up to that? Who knows, but Hillary, Biden, and Harris are just boring old swamp monsters, the embodiment of the status quo.

If 2016 had been Bernie versus Trump, god only knows where we'd be now...

hunter Biden is a top boy. I'm not even sure what the scandal is supposed to be.

Although I think this non-story being rehashed probably has more to do with an ex KGB spy coming out and saying that they groomed trump for 40 years to use as an asset.
