A plane has catastrophically crashed into a block of flats in Bicester this lunchtime

The pilot apparently jumped to his own safety with a parachute, but the number onboard is unknown, and whether they are safe.

The known victim, an ‘elderly gentleman’ has suffered ‘life changing injuries’ according to police.

The first image is NOT Oxfordshire, or a block of flats, looks more like middle America!
