Drinking for sure, i never know when to stop. It's all or nothing with me. I realise it does nothing for me now, just makes me miserable and do stupid things. Im happily sober now.

A couple of smokes and a glass or two of wine in the evening….otherwise I’m as good as gold..:laugh:

an unscheduled visit to ICU a few weeks ago stopped all my vices in their tracks :laugh:

i'm on heavy duty meds from this point forward

None of the above but I’ve never needed any of the above to do things I shouldn’t have been doing.
