Well, quite.

Some people in the UK are facing a crisis of their own, £300mill could go a long way.

It would be better if the money was coming from the Foreign Aid pot.

Beso 03-05-2022 07:52 AM

She needs to let him answer.

She made him say
something wrong?

Times radio said

I have recorded it
as had to go to an Early meeting

arista 03-05-2022 08:55 AM

It was at 8:31AM

Cherie 03-05-2022 08:59 AM

Terrible interview, she spoke over him too many times and his answers were pathetic

arista 03-05-2022 09:07 AM

She had too many Notes.

She was right to say
people pay their bills
is more important to UK public

MTVN 03-05-2022 09:09 AM

It was a weird interview really, felt like it never got going because she did most of the talking and then suddenly it was over so she didn't pace it very well

If you're a good interviewer you work it so that the biggest takeaways and quotes come from the person you're interviewing but felt like Susanna wanted the headlines to be from the things she said

arista 03-05-2022 09:14 AM

at 8:41AM

I agree MTVN

yep

arista 03-05-2022 09:18 AM

Elsie the 77 year old
stays on buses in the daytime
to keep warm.

Using Elsie
was clever.

Elsie can not afford her heating bill.

arista 03-05-2022 09:26 AM

Was Susanna trying to Cry?

arista 03-05-2022 09:28 AM

He asked
at the End who was Lorriane?

Just said on BBCnewsHD
who had a clip

arista 03-05-2022 09:32 AM

She would need a 45mins interview
to get something new.

At Least Lorraine

Heard Johnson say "Who is Lorraine"

bots 03-05-2022 09:35 AM

i dont think it was particularly weird. Susanna wanted to know what else Boris was going to do to help people pay their bills, and he responded with nothing. It was fudged a lot, but that was his basic response

Cherie 03-05-2022 09:36 AM

It wont help him on Thursday that is for sure :smug:

Elsie should have been asking the questions.

I dont really get the figures that were presented for Elsie, Susanna said she was paying 17 per month for energy which had risen to 85.00 a month surely these figures are per week ...she is in a band F home so 17 a month for heating does not make sense
