Anyone on a diet?
 
I could do with toning up after Vegas, but I've just been the shop and bought ice cream and crisps :bawling: I also had a McDonalds milkshake for lunch and dominoes

I'm going to start on Monday.

Please give me your top secrets. I need to start working out

I'm currently on a diet where I have to eat lots of nuts. So far today I've had two Snickers and a Topic.

Never dieted ever and never will , i'm not overweight and never have been fortunately , but i only eat one proper meal a day and thats shrunk !

Yeah I have done fasted cardio and o think I could do something like 16/8 will look into it more

And not even treats, I'm just an idiot :hehe: like, my homemade family recipe curry is pure health, one could live off that alone! But I have an entire slab of naan bread with it, for example...

Ohh, yes, that first bit. I had a big packet of cheesy puffs at half 6 this morning when I woke up. I don't know why and now I am annoyed with myself. I'm going to do a workout later and try burn it off, but then I know I will eat rubbish later anyway :bawling:

And I’m not watching my weight so I’ve really got no reason to diet. Call it an excuse, call it logical justification. It’s just not what everyone wants or needs, believe it or not.
