Council Tax, 5% discount if you vote.

In his area, it is 1 in 6 that does vote

it would be better to give a £20 voucher for Aldi

that way people could buy a box of wine (2.25 litres) and 4 cans of lager plus a tin of soup and a loaf

to a local store
once you vote,
would be a mega improvement
and get more locals to vote.
