NO NO NO how disgusting licking plates :fist: I never eat a full meal so no mopping up either, the foxs clearup mostly all leftover food and i buy eggs every week for them.

you eat until you have had enough, you dont always know how much you want to eat, so why would you make yourself ill or fat by eating what you don't need

I think by a certain age you are able to cook the right amount for yourself, give or take

Happy to lick the sauce off a plate if it was tasty enough :joker:. In the privacy of your own home I don’t see the issue. Obviously I wouldn’t do it if I was out for dinner or at someone else’s house, or if there were family or friends round or whatever.
